How far in advance should I reserve?
As soon as your date and venue are set is best, especially for spring and fall weekends when premium dates tend to move first.
Can unavailable dates already on the calendar be held back from new requests?
Yes. Existing reservations and blackout dates can be added so availability stays accurate before a new request is approved.
How are cash, check, or processed payments handled?
Payment is handled directly after the request is reviewed, so the booking page does not collect card or deposit payments.
When does the agreement go out?
Once availability is confirmed, the rental agreement and payment details can be sent together so the date can be secured cleanly.
